Having worked closely with a wide range of advisors in a wholesale capacity for 25 years, it has afforded me the ability to see what matters most to individual advisors in their practices. Similarly, practice management techniques have evolved significantly in that time. The confluence of heightened regulatory oversight, acute expectations of clients and advanced technological tools has necessitated a more holistic approach and response from dealer organizations. My approach has always been one of consultation and now, in conjunction with my colleagues at Assante, my objective is to help you advance the quality of your practice.
